returns & exchanges
we want you to love what shows up. because everything is made to order just for you, our policy is a little different from a big-box store — here's the honest version.
if it arrives wrong or flawed
damaged in transit, a printing defect, or we sent the wrong item or size from what you ordered? that's on us. send a photo within 14 days of delivery via contact and we'll replace it or refund it — no need to ship the flawed one back.
sizing & "changed my mind" returns
since each piece is printed when you order it, we can't restock or resell it — so we can't take general size-based or change-of-mind returns the way an off-the-shelf shop can. please check the before ordering; it has real flat-lay measurements and fit notes for every blank we use.
that said — we're human. if a size is genuinely off, message us and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
